Quality, HSE and compliance

Jean-Marie Lefebvre, methods engineer and Managing Director, works across all energies, solar, nuclear and thermal, and quality and HSE. He defines execution methods, ensures safety and quality on every site and leads the group’s international projects.
Risk prevention, safety induction and compliance checks. Incidents are analysed to improve methods.
The organisation reduces wasted time, materials and rework. Methods are adjusted using site feedback.
Risk analysis, prevention plan, validated installation or intervention methods, verification of authorisations and equipment, safety induction for every worker.
Installation and erection checks at every stage, formalised hold points, safety indicator monitoring, immediate reporting and analysis of incidents and near misses.
Final compliance checks, completion dossier, joint review with the client and lessons learned incorporated into methods for subsequent sites.
Quality and HSE management is independent of all operational departments. It reports directly to executive management and has the authority to stop any site when personal safety or construction quality requires it.
